Exchange & Refund Policy

At Adhebra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day exchange and refund policy. Please read the details below to understand how the process works.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or are missing their original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to adhesivebrauk@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s cost.
  3. Refund/Exchange Processing: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Full Refund: If your return meets the eligibility requirements, you will receive a full refund for the price of the product (excluding shipping costs).
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size or style:

  • You can choose to exchange your product for an item of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
  • If you want to exchange for a product of a higher value, you may need to pay the difference.
  • Once the return is processed, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items that have been worn or used.
  • Items that are missing their original packaging or tags.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at adhesivebrauk@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or faulty items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
